“I told you I was writing” he says.
Global publishing phenomenon Dan Brown, author of the #1 International blockbusters Inferno and The Da Vinci Code is coming out with a new novel titled “Origin”, after an almost-three-year hiatus.
“Origin” will be published by Doubleday and will hit the bookstands on September 26, next year. It will be Brown’s fifth novel featuring Langdon, a Harvard professor of “symbology” with a knack for uncovering vast religious conspiracies. The book will also be available as an ebook and an audiobook.
Origin, Doubleday said, follows Langdon “into the dangerous intersection of humankind’s two most enduring questions and the earth-shaking discovery that will answer them.” The novel, the imprint added, will feature the signature themes from Brown’s series which includes symbology, science, religion, history, art and architecture.
Brown has guided readers on worldwide tours in his previous works but there is no word yet on where “Origin” will lead to.
Nobody does thrills, spills and conspiracy theories like Dan Brown and the reading public’s appetite for Origin is as keen as ever!
