Delhi University Joint Admission Test or DU-JAT is an entrance test conducted by the Delhi University for the admission to various courses. This year the test will be held on September 7. The students who aspire to pursue courses like Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis) (BBA FIA), Bachelor’s in Business Economics (BBE) and various BA (Honours) courses must give the examination. Candidates are selected on a combined score which includes both class 12th results and DU-JAT scores.
The exam is divided into four segments- quantitative ability, reasoning and analytical ability, general English as well as business and general awareness; all of which add to the total of 100 questions. The candidate is marked with a positive score of 4 for every correct answer and a negative score of 1 for every wrong answer.

Business Awareness and General Affairs
To solve this section, one must have a grasp over concepts and fair general knowledge. For that, sufficient reading is a must. The entire section should be brushed up in not more than 7-10 minutes so that you can save up more time for other time-consuming questions.
Reasoning and Analytic Ability
Regular practice papers and topic tests are available online, subsequently one should make use of them to crack this section. It is the most scoring section and attempting as many questions as you can be the approach. There are several patterns that you may encounter in this section related to coding and decoding, which would help in solving a lot of questions. Practice and only practice is going to help you with this.
Quantitative Ability
This is a precarious section of the examination. One must take time doing this part. To do it, you should have a good hold over basic concepts.
