How to save yourself in the situation where the air in Delhi has started getting contaminated again?

Since the air in Delhi has started getting contaminated again, avoid exercise with more physical activity like cricket, hockey, cycling and marathon when AQI index is more than 150. If the pollution level is more than 200, do not go for a walk or a jog in the park, and only go out when necessary. When the pollution level is above 400, stay indoors, do not even go for a normal walk. When the pollution level is at 1000, there are situations like public health emergency.

Use vitamin-C, omega-3 as much as you can in food. Use honey, garlic and ginger as much as possible. In case of a cough, cold, drink honey and ginger juice. If it is necessary to get out of the house, then after coming home, clean your mouth, eyes and nose with lukewarm water. You can also take steam after coming from outside.
