Aryan Khan, Son Of SRK Arrested By NCB

On October 2nd, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) conducted a surprise raid on a party. The raid was pulled off on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, who were on the cruise have been arrested by the NCB after drugs were seized from the cruise. Aryan Khan has been detained by the central agency sleuths.

The officers questioned him and examined his WhatsApp chats. As per the sources of News18, the scanning of Aryan Khan’s phone has revealed shocking messages. It disclosed that Aryan was regularly ordering and consuming drugs.

Additionally, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker and Gomit Chopra were also questioned and detained. Moreover, a source of News18 revealed that there were other celebrities too on the cruise but those who were not found possessing drugs have not been held by NCB.

What has the NCB said on the recovery of drugs?

NCB was ordered to nab the drug peddler who supplied drugs to the cruise ship party. Subsequently, the mission was successful and the name of a drug peddler came to light. The NCB is also looking for a person named Gopal Anand. Gopal Anand had a major role in organising the party on the ship.

The Director-General (DG) of NCB said that detailed information on the incident would be sent to the Shipping Corporation of India and the shipping ministry. Further, he said the NCB had received information about the rave party about 15 days ago.

“We had received very confidential information 15 days ago about the drugs party on the ship. Accordingly, we carried out this operation. We have got evidence against those who have been detained. People who organised this party on the ship will have to face an inquiry, they cannot escape the investigation,” DG of NCB said.

NCB said drugs like ecstasy, cocaine, mephedrone and charas were recovered from the cruise and a case had been registered. Also, the agency said eight people, including two women, were apprehended and their role was being investigated.

“On the basis of specific information, the officials of NCB, Mumbai, conducted a raid on the Cordelia cruise that was bound from Mumbai to Goa on October 2nd. During the operation, all suspects were searched and various drugs like MDMA/ecstasy, cocaine, MD (mephedrone) and charas were recovered. A total of 8 persons have been apprehended and their role is being investigated in relation to the said recovery. NCB has registered crime no. Cr 94/21 in this matter. Further investigation is underway,” the NCB said.
