Delhi University Revaluation: The University has rolled out a circular addressing the outcry of the students who seek to apply for the re-evaluation and re-checking process. The results for a few examinations held in November/December 2019 were not declared within the stipulated time period for re-evaluation due to which students faced difficulty in applying for it.
The students can now apply for re-evaluation until May 26, 2020 through email to the Revaluation cell of the Examination Branch (firstname.lastname@example.org) while the Under Graduate students of Regular Colleges which fall under the ambit of South Delhi Campus are required to send their documents to email@example.com. This facility, however, is not available to students seeking re-evaluation of AECC or SEC answer scripts. They have to contact their college administration for it.
The application forms for the process are available here and the students have to print a copy of the form to be filled manually. The form does not require signature of any authority from the Faculty/Department/College due to the lockdown but a copy of the Mark sheet and the Admit Card for the examination held in November/December 2019 is required. The next step involves submitting the fee for the process online here and print a copy of it.
The scanned copies of all the above documents, namely, Duly Filled and Signed Revaluation/Rechecking/Photo Copy of Evaluated Answer Script Form, copy of Mark Sheet, Copy of Admit Card and Copy of Fee Receipt are to be mailed to the above-mentioned email addresses, ie, firstname.lastname@example.org and to email@example.com for South Campus students.
The last date for the submission of the documents for all the results declared until May 10 is May 26, 2020. According to the University rules, the last date to apply for Rechecking and Revaluation is within 15 days of declaration of the result and for procuring a copy of evaluated the Answer Scripts, it is a period of 60-75 days. The forms sent after the due date, ie, May 26, 2020 shall not be accepted.
