University of Delhi: A student from Sri Aurobindo College (Evening) allegedly suicided. She was a terminal year student of BA Program at the College. The news of her suicide has been flooding on Instagram and WhatsApp groups of the students across various colleges. Many students took to social media to share their heartfelt condolences for the girl.

While the reasons are yet unclear, there have been wide-ranged speculations as to why she took the drastic step. The suicide is being attributed to her personal issues. Some others have allegedly mentioned the provision of the Open Book Examinations (OBE) as a major reason behind it though many students of her college posted online that the death has got nothing to do with Open Book Examination. It is quite unfortunate that a death is being used for political purpose if these rumors are false.
