In the five cut-offs and special cut-offs provided by the university this year, a total of 74,667 students secured admission. On November 13, DU also issued a special admissions drive.

Eligibility for Special Drive Admissions

DU has released guidelines stating who can apply for special drive admissions. Firstly, candidates who were not admitted or had their admission cancelled in any of the university’s colleges during any of the previous cut-offs can apply. Secondly, those who meet any of the previous cut-offs and first special cut-off may be considered for admission under the special drive-II. However, securing admissions will depend on seat vacancies.

In the sixth cut-off list, most colleges had closed admissions to many courses. Given that many institutions’ seats are already filled, just a few colleges are expected to participate in the special cut-off drive. So far, several colleges like Miranda House and LSR have released their respective seat matrix on their official websites.
