DU Admissions: Application Form Begins; Edit Option Open For UG Students

The University of Delhi has opened the application edit option till October 5th. Students who wish to make changes to their board exam marks or make any other changes, in general, would be able to do so till the assigned date. The option is available only for undergraduate students right now. However, it is planned for postgraduate students as well for which the dates have not yet been announced.

As per the official notice released by the varsity, candidates cannot change their registered email ID, mobile number, gender, a category in personal section, entrance or ECA or sports sections.

How to make changes in your DU registration application:
STEP 1: Visit the UG portal
STEP 2: Login using credentials
STEP 3: A window will appear which will mention the details which cannot be changed by the candidate, proceed accordingly
STEP 4: Edit the desired details
STEP 5: Click on next, confirm and then re-confirm the details
STEP 6: Click continue and submit
This year, the University of Delhi received 3,53,717 applications for undergraduate courses which is the highest number in the past three years. This year, the application process saw many changes, including a single-form application which will act as a single form. This will not only allow students to seek admission in colleges and courses they qualify as per merit but DU is also expected to lessen the number of internal transfer of students.
