DU Girl Jumps Off Moving Bus To Avoid Molester Who Harassed Her Seven Times In Three Months On Bus

After being harassed by a man in a DTC Bus near South Extension in South Delhi,a 19 year old Delhi University student had to jump out of a moving bus.

The student’s sister through a series of tweets shared the daur,where she claimed that her sister was “molested seven times on that specific bus route in past 3 months.These group of men travel on route number 544 and repeatedly harass her and other women going to colleges. Once she raised an alarm and got one of the men thrown out of the bus, but he was back again the next day‚Äù the victim’s sister shared.

The victim studies in a South Delhi college and had to miss her classes frequently due to this group of men who used to harass her on this bus route, she even started travelling on alternate routes later on.

“The men specifically travel on this route as many students use it to go to their colleges. Recently one of the men told my sister that he knows which college she studies in. My sister was so scared that she jumped out of the moving bus in order to avoid him” said the victim’s sister.
