DU Students Caught Selling Fake MCD Stickers

Gurgaon Police has arrested 9 people for selling fake stickers of MCD, two of whom are Delhi University students.

According to the report, this issue came up in September beginning when the assistant general manager of the plaza found that many vehicles have fake MCD stickers and passes. An FIR was lodged and all the drivers of these vehicles were taken in. Later during the investigation, they told Police that they bought these passes as they were on a discount of Rs. 300.

Out of the 9 people arrested, Satyavrat Kund is the mastermind who confessed that almost 700 such fake passes and stickers have already been sold in the capital. All the money gained by the group has been taken away and the search for the printing press involved with them is ongoing.
