Delhi University in unlikely to meet the November 12 deadline set by High Court to finish the fake mark sheet probe against DUSU President Ankiv Baisoya.Thiruvalluvar University stating that it has still not received the fee needed to verify Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) President Ankiv Baisoya’s mark sheet.

The Delhi High Court has told DU to complete the probe by November 12. This deadline is crucial since, according to the Lyngdoh Committee Recommendations, a re-election can only take place if the office of any major office-bearer falls vacant within two months of the election results being announced. The DUSU election results were announced on September 13.
