In a notification dated 21st May 2021, the University of Delhi issued rules and guidelines for the upcoming final year examinations. After announcing ABE mode for fourth semester students, the university decided to further postpone the examination for final year students from June 1 to June 7.
The datesheets were uploaded on Delhi University’s website on the same day.
The duration of the OBE will be four hours out of which three hours shall be given to students for answering the questions. The remaining one hour can be utilized for downloading the question papers and scanning and uploading answer scripts.
The students shall only upload answers on the portal, other answer scripts shall not be accepted.
In case of poor connectivity, the students can submit their answer scripts via mail, providing evidence of the same. This mail shall be addressed to the nodal officer of their respective colleges. This mail should preferably be sent post the exam duration, with the said evidence and answer script. The maximum time limit for the delayed submission is 30 minutes, and documentary evidence of non-submission on the portal must be attached.
All such cases where students submit via email, will be examined by a review panel and the answer sheets will be evaluated based on the decision of the panel. Results of such students may be delayed.
The students who have opted for physical mode, i.e. through college examination centers can still choose to give their examination from home. However, the students who have chosen remote mode (from home/other centers) cannot appear for their examination from their colleges.
