Kejriwal Asks PM Modi To Cancel Exams For Central Universities

On 11th July, Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister of Delhi asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene and cancel examinations for final year students of Delhi University and other central universities.

He tweeted, “For the sake of our youth, I urge Honorable PM to personally intervene and cancel final year exams of DU and other central government universities to save the future.”

This plea came after the Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia announced the cancellation of all state university exams even for final years due to the COVID-19 outbreak which has adversely affected Delhi. He said that the degrees will be granted on parameters decided by
