Satyawati Evening College Principal Denies Violations Pointed Out By Manish Sisodia In His Letter To DU VC

Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister and the Education Minister wrote a letter on Tuesday, to the Delhi University Vice-Chancellor on violations by the acting principal of Satyawati (Evening) College, Delhi University.

Dr. Vijay Shankar Mishra, acting Principal of Satyawati (Evening) College said that he has not violated the university statute in calling the governing body meeting.

According to Mishra, the University has not accepted the election of the chairman of GB, also Pankaj Gaur had held the meeting and he did not attend it.

According to TOI, Mishra said “The university had in October sent a letter stating that there is no chairman of the GB. After the meeting on July 10 there were complaints against the election, and the university had not accepted the election”

He also added “But on November 27, they held a meeting and took decisions. So being a member secretary I called a meeting”
