ECA and Sports admissions were scrapped by DU for the new academic year. However, they were re-introduced after resentment from the students across the country.
Recently, the University announced not to have physical trials this year. Admissions under this category will be completely based on certificates. The DU Sports Council introduced this modification considering the pandemic situation.
The university will centrally verify the certificates and other documents provided by the students. Following which, allocation of college will be done as per the number of seats available in every college.
The admission process this year is completely online. The university will not call students for physical trials this year in view of the protective measures.
