Yes, it’s the fest season and its nothing less than celebrating a festival all across DU.
It is that part of the year when life of Delhi University student suddenly booms. Every student from every college yearns for it because, its break-time from the monotony of never-ending lectures, mind-boggling assignments and the tyranny of alarm clocks to attend early morning lectures in this chilly season.
DU is known to organise some of the best college festivals across the country and its exciting how students from different colleges come together to be a part of this extravaganza.
Every year there’s something better, newer and more enthralling.Be it the stars performing at events, the competitions organised or the participants, all come together to portray their respective talents with full zeal and energy.
It is also an event to showcase the inner campus life of every college- be it a north campus, south campus or an off-campus college. It is through the fests that various students get to know about the college and its various facets.
What is visible to the eyes is just the reflection of the amount of hardwork and dedication put in by the students to make the event a successful one. Endless meetings, permissions, arguments, mails, stationery, ideas, mocks and the unending lists of work left is what makes the experience worth remembering for the organising committee members.
