Women Police Officers Stationed Near DU Colleges In South Delhi To Ensure Safety Of Female Students

Women police officers have been stationed near Delhi University colleges in South Delhi to ensure safety of the female students joining college next week.

8-10 women police officers on scooters have been stationed near Kamala Nehru College, Dyal Singh College, Gargi College and Aurobindo College.Thee officers have been allotted for the last one week of the admission process.

We have taken this step to ensure female safety. We are aware that there are many outstation girls who come to take admission in these colleges and hence, we want to make them feel safe and comfortable.” said Vijay Kumar, DCP (South Delhi)
