2 DU Students & Members Of AAP Backed CYSS Sitting On Hunger Strike

Two Delhi University students and member of AAP’s student wing CYSS are sitting on a hunger strike since four days to demand use of ballot papers in the next month’s Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) polls. Rajneesh Tiwari and Hetram Yadav are sitting on a hunger strike outside the Arts Faculty in North Campus of Delhi University.

Rajneesh is a student of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and Hetram is from Sri Venkateswara College.

Other demands raised by them include rollback of fee hike and allowing students to reappear for exams they haven’t been able to clear in the same year instead of asking students to reappear after one year.
