Rajnigandha, The Grand Fest of Dyal Singh Evening College established it’s mark 29 years ago, continues to enumerate the colours of youth and joy in various forms every year. Someone great once said, “To ‘choose’ dogma and faith over doubt and experience is to throw out the ripening vintage and to reach greedily for the Kool-Aid.” Rajnigandha is back in the best of black and white this year as well!
The events are as follows;
Day 1: 6th February
Jashn -E-Junoon- Junoon The Dramatics Society, brings to you the madness of the streets and peace in chaos, the street play event and the ad mad competition ‘Bazaar’
The tales of the artistic hand, Aakriti The Fine Arts Society presents, Rangoli making competition, ‘Rang De Zameen’ and the sketching competition- ‘Shades Of Grey’.
Day 2: 7th February
Rishabh, The Music Society brings to you  ‘Saptak’, The Indian classical solo competition, ‘Swar’, The light Indian solo competition, ‘Crescendo’, the western solo competition, ‘Swaranjali’, the Indian classical group and the much awaited Battle of bands, ‘Showdown’.
Aakriti, The Fine Arts Society presents, The ‘Vintage Artefact’-poster making competition and ‘Garb-O-Rama’-best out of waste.
Day 3: 8th February
Aakriti, The Fine Arts Society is hosting the tattoo making competition, ‘The InkScribe’ and costume making competition-’The Dressing War’
Cyclone, The Western Dance Society presents to you, ‘The Dancing Toes’-Western Solo Dance Competition and ‘Dance’sation’- Western Group Dance Competition.
Last but not the least, Phulkari, The Folk Dance Society is organizing, ‘Nrityanjali’- The Folk Group Dance Competition and ‘Natraj’- The Folk Solo.
