SRCC Placements 2024-25 : Highest Package INR 36 LPA ; Average Package INR 13 LPA

Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has once again reaffirmed its status as India’s premier institution for commerce and economics by successfully concluding Phase 1 of its Recruitment Season 2024-25. In a testament to SRCC’s academic excellence and industry-oriented approach, Phase 1 of the placement season saw over 240 job offers, contributing to a Gross Placement Value of INR 32.12 crore. The highest package reached an impressive INR 36 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 13.17 LPA, underscoring the strong corporate demand for SRCC graduates.

Internship Growth at an All-Time High

The internship landscape has also seen a remarkable surge, with a 59% increase in offers compared to the previous year. The highest internship stipend recorded was INR 2.2 lakh per month, while the median stipend stood at INR 67,000 per month. This rise in internship opportunities reflects the growing preference for SRCC students among top-tier organizations.

Diverse Recruiter Participation Across Sectors

More than 10 distinct sectors participated in the recruitment drive, including Consulting, Finance, Investment Banking, FMCG, and E-Commerce. Industry giants such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Blackstone, Nomura, D.E. Shaw, Alvarez & Marsal, FTI Consulting, Accenture Strategy, Barclays, Kepler Cannon, and Meesho played a pivotal role in making this season a success. Additionally, Jana Small Finance Bank and National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited (NIIFL) joined the recruitment process, further diversifying opportunities for students.

SRCC’s Placement Cell remains dedicated to equipping students with essential skills to excel in the professional world. Over 20 corporate engagement sessions were conducted, including the Leadership Talk Series by Gartner, an Introduction to Impact Consulting with Dalberg, and Accenture Strategy Connect. These initiatives have significantly enhanced students’ preparedness for dynamic corporate environments.
