The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) commenced its second phase of tele counselling today to help students in result related problems and assiting them in overcoming mental stress. The counselling committee will resolve any kind of result related queries that students want to enquire about. Apart from this, it will also advice students to help them overcome any pyschological problems or mental stress they are going through.
To avail this facility, students from all over the India can contact through Toll Free No. 1800118004. They can call between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. This facility is available till 11 June.
This is the second phase of counselling. First phase was pre-examination online and tele counselling that began on Feb 9 and continued till April 29.The former counselling session was focused on assisting students in relation to exam related queries and stress.
This time, the board has elected sixty-five volunteers from various CBSE affiliated private and government schools. It consists of principals, trained psychologists and some teachers. Amongst these, forty-seven are from India and eighteen are from Nepal, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Singapore. They will advise students to cope up with the stress and will also resolve general result related queries.
