It is speculated that Union Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will announce the dates for CBSE 10th and 12th board examinations, 2021 on 31st December, 2020 – officially the last day of this unexpected year.
Around many lakh students will welcome this announcement to get on track with their preparations for exams amid this COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected that after the Union Education minister announces dates for examinations, students will be able to plan their schedule accordingly. The study will continue and planning for exams will be fresh and based on the dates announced.
“I will announce the date when the exams will commence for students appearing for CBSE board exams in 2021 on 6 pm on December 31,” tweeted Pokhriyal. Students will be able to view and download the datesheets after the announcement, for both the classes, from the official website of CBSE https://cbse.nic.in/.
Earlier during his virtual interaction with the students, Ramesh Pokhriyal dropped hints that the CBSE exams will not be cancelled. Minister himself assured students that they will get sufficient period of time to prepare for their class 10th and 12th board exams in order to attain good marks. He suggested students to gear up their preparations for exams.
CBSE earlier reduced their syllabus and cut short some chapters included in their boards syllabus. The Minister requested students to go thoroughly through the revised syllabus published on CBSE’s official website. With this pandemic not willing to go away, students have been trapped in the chaotic circle of online studies which isn’t 100% efficient in testing the knowledge and educational ability.
Students have been eagerly waiting for the boards to announce the dates for the board exams. As everything has been completely online, it was expected that boards and education ministry would decide to take exams through virtual medium as well. But this tweet by education minister has ignited hopes and will in students again. Let’s wait for the announcement.
