CVS Teacher Posting Sexually Inappropriate Pictures As Story On WhatsApp For A Female Student,Committee To Hear Matter Tomorrow

Delhi University is in headlines again as another horrific case of sexual harassment by a teacher of a reputed college-College of Vocational Studies has come into limelight.

The female student who has put these allegations on the teacher is currently in 3rd year.According to the student,this teacher has been sexually harassing her on WhatsApp for a while now.A few days ago,the girl noticed that the teacher was uploading sexually inappropriate photos as WhatsApp statuses (stories).After asking her friend,the female student realised that these stories were visible only to her.The statuses contained her name in short form and sexual content in texts asking her to come online at night and have a sexual relationship with him.

The girl came forward and complained to a female teacher of the department on Friday to which she was told to approach her on Monday and write an application to the College Principal.After receiving the application,CVS Principal called the Head of Internal Complaints Commitee (ICC) of the college and after discussing the matter with the students and the teachers,he took the decision of setting up a meeting of the committee tomorrow and carry out an investigation tomorrow itself.The Principal has assured the victim of carrying out an unbiased investigation.The matter is yet to come out in light in front of other students of the college.
