Delhi College of Arts & Commerce (DCAC) is a prestigious Delhi University College. It’s popularly called ‘DCAC’ among students of the university. DCAC is a young college which was established in 1987 and within these 30 years the college has achieved a lot and is counted among top colleges of Delhi University and India.

DCAC has a very active college placement cell named ‘Broadway’.The Placement Cell makes sure that a number of Internship and Job opportunities are available to students of all the courses throughout the year.Companies like Ernst & Young, KPMG Global,KPMG India,Axis Risk Consultancy,Frankly.Me,PWC,Royal Bank of Scotland,Genpact,Zee Media,Dulux Paints,Bajaj Capital,Urban Clap,Asian News International,ShopClues,HT Media,Limetray,S&P Capital IQ,Teach For India along with many other companies visited the campus this year.

College Events-

Since, DCAC has got a lot of societies it has also got a lot of events happening throughout the year

The annual Commerce Association Fest is called KOMERCIO.

The annual fest of National Service Scheme is called AADYA.

Vyapaar-The Entrepreneurship Cell of DCAC’s annual event is called ‘E Summit’ where Internship Fair is the biggest attraction for students of Delhi University.

The Annual Cultural Fest of DCAC is called Ambrosia.

Other than these annual events,every society organizes a number of events either online or offline throughout the year.

Nearby Food Joints-

Students mostly enjoy a quick bite at a nearby marked called INA Market.’Pal Corner’ is the most favorite shop where everything is available,from Chinese to Sandwiches and from Coke to ‘Banta’,not to forget the all time favourite Chilly Chaap & Maggi.

Other than INA Market students of DCAC could be seen at TAJ CCD which is full of college students mostly from DCAC,Maitreyi and JMC.

Satya Niketan is hardly 10-15 minutes away from college and its every South Campus students favourite place.

Apart from Satya Niketan,students can also go to Hauz Khas Village or Saket which are just 25-30 minutes away from the college.

DCAC has been consistently ranked among Top 50 Colleges in India for studying Commerce according to India Today College Rankings.

DCAC has been consistently ranked among Top 50 places in India for studying Arts courses according to India Today College rankings.

DCAC has been consistently ranked among Top 10 places in India for studying Mass Communication according to India Today College rankings.This year DCAC was ranked 5th in India for studying Mass Communication making it the second best college in Delhi University for studying Journalism after Lady Shri Ram College.
