University of Delhi has been ranked among the Top 10 Indian Universities in the country by the globally renowned QS World Rnakings for the year 2018.
University of Delhi was ranked in the 481-491 position globally making it the 8th top university in the country. IIT-Delhi won the first position in India.

The rankings were released on by Quacquarelli Symonds University World Rankings which is an annual publication of university ranking by a British company Quacquarelli Symonds specialised in education and study abroad.
The rankings are based on six performance indicators across four areas – research, teaching, employability and internationalization.
