DU Admissions 2018 : Lower Cutoffs,Online Test For UG & PG Courses,2% Cutoff Relaxation For OBC Girls & Much More

DU Admissions 2018 : Delhi University’s admission committee held a press conference this week on Monday to share the recommendations and moves admission’s committee is likely to take this year.

To keep a check on unrealistic cut-offs,Delhi University will bring Principals of colleges to discuss this matter.The University is also planning an online entrance test for both Under Gradaute and Post Graduate courses.

Plans are on about having a centralised online counselling and to cut down the long admission period which goes on for as long as 2 months.

Since,students of this batch are under CBCS and have a grading policy in place,DU is also setting up a committee to formulate policy on how merit-based admissions in Post Graduate courses will take place.

The Delhi University is also going to recommend colleges about giving a 2% relaxation in cutoff to girls belonging to the OBC category.This year,a special cell would also be formed which will help students from the North east.
