DU Admissions 2019 : AISA Meets DU Official To Discuss PG Entrance Application Fee Charged From OBC Applicants

Left-backed All India Students Association (AISA) met Delhi University officials to bring to light the discrepancies in the application fee charged from OBC applicants this year for postgraduate courses.The OBC category applicants applicants are being asked to pay the same amount paid by the Unreserved category applicants.

“The application fee for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Persons With Disabilities (PwD) and Economically Weaker Sections is Rs 300. The same amount should be charged from OBC students as well” said Kanwalpreet Kaur, AISA President in Delhi University.

A delegation of four AISA members met Rajeev Gupta, Dean, Students Welfare to take up this matter.The University is year to react on this issue.
