Delhi University released a notification regarding the clarification of doubts in regards to the Open Book Examination (OBE). They have said that in case of emergencies, the students will be allowed to submit their answer sheets via email.
In the notification, the university has said, “If for any reason, the candidates are unable to upload their answer sheets on the portal after the completion of the examination, then they can send the scanned images of the answer sheets in PDF format at the designated email address of School of Open Learning (SOL) and Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB).
The question paper for all the students appearing for open-book examinations will be available on DU’s official website. In case students are unable to download the question paper from the website, SOL students can access it from their respective dashboard and NCWEB can access in through WhatsApp or Email upon request.
But the university has clearly mentioned that these methods should be used only in case there is a difficulty. For the SOL students, in case of this emergency method, the question papers will be available only five minutes prior to the commencement of the examination.
