DU Exams 2020 : DU Planning To Hold Exams Online,DUCC To Work On Tech Support

DU Exams 2020 : Amid the nationwide lockdown getting extended to 3rd May 2020, Delhi University, one of Asia’s largest is now considering conducting exams online with the technological support coming from its computer centre, DUCC.

The University has asked DUCC to come up with a platform where exams can be conducted online in a smooth manner.

The University is planning to go ahead with online examination but the decision would be taken only after it gets approval from the UGC and HRD ministry on this matter. The Dean of Examination, Dr. Vinay Gupta told Times of India “We see online examinations as the only way to conduct examinations, especially in times when students shouldn’t leave their houses. But the final decision can only be taken after committees report”.
