DU Exams 2020 : Viral Academic Calendar Mentions Final Year Exams To Be Held From 1st July

A notice issued by the Delhi University has been circulating amongst students and shared by teachers. The notice states that a revised academic calendar for the session 2019-20 has been issued based on recommendations put forward by the University Grants Commission. Under the newly revised academic calendar, evaluation of practicals, internal assessments, dissertations, Project work, fieldwork, etc will be done from 19 May to 12 June. Further, theory examinations and evaluation for the final year students will begin from July 1 and last till July 31. The results for the same would be declared on 31st July.

The academic session 2020-21 will begin from 3rd August while the classes for the new batch shall start from 1st September.

The notice also mentions that further changes to the academic calendar may be introduced later on.
