DU has announced that it will release the results of post-graduate and undergraduate courses by November 30, 2020, in the Delhi High Court.
A bench that was headed by Justice Hima Kohli ordered the next hearing of the case to be held on December 2. During the hearing, Advocate Mohinder Rupal, on behalf of the University of Delhi, said that the university would release the results of Postgraduate and Undergraduate courses by November 30. The court then deferred any order on the matter and told The University of Delhi to release it by November 30. The court then ordered a further hearing on December 2, 2020.
Delhi University has been accused of violating the Delhi High Court order in which the court ordered the varsity to release all the results of undergraduates and postgraduates by October 31, 2020. The High Court, while disposing of the petition of Prateek Sharma and the National Federation of Blind, ordered the release of all the results by October 31, 2020. Reported DNA India
The University of Delhi has not yet released the results during the hearing, Advocate HS Hora on behalf of Prateek Sharma, said that on October 12, the High Court had ordered that Delhi University release all the Postgraduate and undergraduate results by October 31. However, Delhi University has still not released all the results.

On October 12, The High Court had directed Delhi University to upload the students’ mark sheets on its website. The court had said that Delhi University would not ask any student to appear for taking the mark sheet, and it would be sufficient for the students to download the uploaded mark sheet.
According to the UGC guidelines, the end-term exams had to be conducted for final year undergraduate and postgraduate students this year. First and second-year students of all the colleges were promoted to the next semester without exams.
