Eventually,admissions have stopped (well,almost),students quite relaxed (maybe).Whats common to every fresher is the fact that they are unsure of how to react on thebvery first day of college-the day after orientation happened.The perception is that beginning days of college leaves you perplexed,puzzled and hotfoot but that isn’t the reality.
Although the college life is much more different than your school life but not that difficult as it is believed by a fresher college student.You tend to become much more independent as compared to your school life.You travel alone,you hang out much more than before.But it is observed many a times that people tend to avoid going colleges in beginning days probably due to ragging,but not anymore guys.As we all can notice that with the establishment of anti-ragging committees and cells,cases of ragging are almost next to zero. You should try to interact with more people and specially your seniors.They are your guide for your college during your initial year while you yourself explores the college environment.Take your time to explore don’t be in a hustle and not to mention,be yourself. Dig into more nearby places to your college where you can hog on and hang out.Don’t¬† miss out your college canteen.Never try to change yourself into a personality which probably you are not only to fit in a particular group or your own squad as you won’t be able to pursue it for a much longer time.Try to interact with your teachers as well to know more about your course structure.
Never let it slip from your memory to know more and more about the college societies and extra-curricular activities which are the key aspects of your college life.If you think you are here only to get good grades and become a nerd,following the lecture schedule then you’re highly mistaken as college is certainly not the place to earn only high grades but skills as well which will definitely help you ;later once you leave college.
