The student who aims to become a high achiever will experience exam stress for sure.It’s an unavoidable part for every student that can be a tough nut to crack.Remember, stress exists for a reason and you can choose to let it be your downfall or use it to drive you to improve your work.

1. LISTEN TO MUSIC

Music can create a positive and productive environment by elevating your mood and encouraging you to study more effectively. Just take a break and listen to your favorite music , it really works.

2. START REVISING EARLY

THE SOONER YOU START THE BETTER. Students  who start revising their syllabus early can manage to answer without any stress or exam pressure.As practice makes a better understanding and recollection, it is advised to revise early.Preparing well ahead of exam will allow you to focus on difficult topics so that you can allocate time for it also.

3. GIVE YOUR MIND SPACE

Practicing meditation is another way to maintain focus while improving both mental and physical health to reduce pre-exam stress.Give your mind some space and go for a walk or meditate ,it will relax your mind and allow you to focus more on your learning goals.

4. TRY TO GET ENOUGH SLEEP

For some students, this is something that’s always put on the long finger especially if you are trying to get the most out of college life.The benefits of proper night sleep can never be underestimated.Sleep helps your brain to assimilate new knowledge into your long-term memory so that you can recall it when it comes to test day.So ,it is advised to sleep on time before the exam day.

5. TALK TO SOMEONE

If you find that you’re still stressed, talk to someone you trust, whether it’s a parent,friend,teacher or your sibling. They will help you put things in right perspective.Speaking to someone can empower you to rise above all exam stress.
