Inquizitive-The Quiz Society Of Maharaja Agrasen College Organizes A Successful First Edition Of ‘The Maharaja Quiz’

Inquizitive- the quiz society of Maharaja Agrasen College organised its first edition of The Maharaja Quiz on Friday,13th October 2017 under the aegis of ECA-MAC. The quiz witnessed participation from 25+ colleges across Delhi including DU, IIT-D, AIIMS, DTU, IPU etc.

The india quiz was hosted by famous quizzer and quizmaster Sreshth Shah. Shah is one of the most popular quiz master in Delhi and two times champion of Tata Crucible, one of the biggest quiz in India.

Quizmaster Shah left participants astonished with some tricky questions, some in woe so did some bewildered but each and every participant showed zeal and enthusiasm at culmination.The prelims comprised of 25 questions.

But out of 100+ teams,only 8 went into the Final round. The Final
round consisted of 4 bewildering rounds.The level of questions heightened up challenging not only the knowledge but also strategic skills of the participant. Yet, enthusiasm of each and every participant remained at pinnacle.Eventually,after a brain tiring event winners were announced.

Tushar Anand from ISBF and Kartik Puri from Department of Political Science, DU emerged as the winners. While Pradhyumna Asthana from DTU and Akshay Seal from Hindu College took home the title of Runner-Up in a close battle with just 6 points margin.

This is just the beginning as lot of more events are yet to be unveiled and it is promised that everyone will be getting more enthusiastic environment in further upcoming cognitive battles.
