Internship Profiles and Responsibilities
Operation Intern: We are looking for Operation Intern to join our young team and help build the company. This is one of the most challenging and demanding position. The member of this team will be responsible for end to end processes for service provider on-boarding and relationship management, vetting, curation, sales force hiring and more.
Digital Marketing Intern: We are looking for Marketing Intern to join our young team and help build the company. This is one of the most challenging and demanding position. The team member will be responsible for managing all the social media marketing initiatives, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related service positioning. Monitor market, customer and competitor trends and advise management on ways to develop and sustain company competitiveness. Drive campaigns for SEO and SMO etc.
Graphic Designer (UI/ UX) Intern: We are looking for Graphic Designer (UI/UX) Intern to join our product team. The visual part of our corporate communications plays an increasingly important role in driving VolksHelp’s brand – internally and externally and across all media. Your key responsibility will be to produce graphical solutions reflecting this, and you will work with all sorts of visuals across almost all platforms. You should also have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency and a knack for reducing the complex to the bare essentials.
Customer Relations Intern: We are looking for a member who can act as our client interface by effectively and sensitively interacting with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, record their requests, and overlook execution of all the services provided to them. The ideal candidate represents and personifies the values of integrity and responsibility significant to our company. The candidate must be easy-going, adaptive, disciplined, intuitive, and most importantly customer-oriented by developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the customers. The goal is to make them feel comfortable and valued through an engaging and fulfilling interaction and experience.
PHP Developer Intern: We are looking for a full stack PHP (Code Igniter Framework) developer who is very passionate about technology, have ambitious spirit and love smart work. This is one of the most challenging and demanding position. As a full stack developer, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing product of VolksHelp. As this is service based company so you will work only on the single product and make it amazingly fast, efficient and user friendly. You will utilize mature programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards procedures and techniques.
Stipend: It would be between Rs. 3000- Rs. 10000 per month.
