In the months of snuggling into the blanket, the fest season marks the beginning of spring. It brings with it a milieu of hues. This is exactly what Tarang, the annual cultural festival of Lady Shri Ram College plans on doing. It is generally the first fest of the season. It is scheduled to happen on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of February 2017.

Tarang 2017 has initiated a Web-series titled, ‘The February Affair’. It revolves around the lives of the Students’ Union along with the Organizing Committee, planning and preparing themselves for the 3 day event. This exaggerated version of emotions with the personification of Tarang will surely keep you engrossed. It doesn’t end here. Those in college would know that the Tarang vibe continues to spread in the campus through various fun activities and games before the actual grandeur unfolds. The recent ‘Mannequin Challenge’ was also taken up by the students along with the quirky online competitions like ‘Memesaheb’. As the name suggest, it required participants to make their own Tarang related memes.

Also, some new events like the ‘Silent Film Making’ event by PROJEKT, The photography and film making society and ‘You’ve Got Mail’ by the Elocution Society will be a delight. Each society will have something or the other to make it worth attending.
