Holi is a festival which always attract a large number of eve teasing cases every year and the society takes all these cases very lightly but molesters have gained more confidence. The confidence of these molesters is so high that now they are filling balloons with semen inside it (yes, seriously) and throwing them on random girls walking across the street.
