LSR Tarang 2018 :¬†After months of efforts, Lady Shri Ram College for Women presented LSR Tarang 2018;no one would’ve wanted to miss.This season, Tarang brought all the right vibes! Kick started with the amazing flash mob,Pre-Tarang was started with Yusuf Khan Nizami on the floor with some great soulful Sufi music.But the next two days of the Fest brought more excitement,more promise and more fun.From the arrival of the dazzling team of Kuch Bheege Alfaaz,the presence of three prominent personalities Mr. Rahul Bose,Ms. Ratna Pathak Shah and Ms. Leena Yadav in Gender debates,to Shubh Saran and Project Yugm rocking the pro-nite,the first day of LSR Tarang 2018 was a highly enriching experience.Any festival is forever incomplete without its EDM night and so the second day of Tarang presented India’s TOP Electronic Dance Music Producers / DJs. The last day of Tarang brings more music and more surprises with,WORLD’S FIRST METAL SITAR PLAYER-“RISHABH SEEN!”
But here’s how LSR Tarang 2018 is different and wonderful! It is not just amazing artists or the EDM nights,it is its promise, promise to break down the already set guidelines and outdo itself in every aspect and in every manner.This Tarang has been more inclusive than ever before in terms of bringing out the cultural aspect,meeting and including the needs of different people, organizing the fun informal games for everyone and ultimately rejoicing all the efforts and contribution of people.There were more fun activities than the ones mentioned above that provided students with extreme excitement and above all,a hard core perspective.LSR has always stood for equality and this Annual Fest will reflect this. 2nd and 3rd February went great and 4th February promises to be bigger and better which fetched nostalgic memories for you,so don’t forget to attend the last day of LSR Tarang 2018 tomorrow.
