Referring to the Lyngdoh committee guidelines,the National Students Union of India (NSUI) claimed that it is preparing for a re election in DUSU.
The reference is being made to recommendation number 6.10.4 of the Lyngdoh Committee which states “In the event of the office of any major post of office-bearer falling vacant within two months of elections, re-elections should be conducted; otherwise the vice-president may be promoted to the post of president and joint secretary to the post of secretary, as the case may be (sic)”. 
The admission committee will be meeting tomorrow on Ankiv Baisoya and will be verifying the documents which were submitted to take admission in a Masters course at Delhi University.
NSUI today went on to blame the ABVP National President for this incident.“ABVP’s National President S Subbiah is from Tamil Nadu and is responsible for the fake TU degree of Ankiv Baisoya.He should apologise the DU administration and the students.” said Saimon Farooqui,National Secretary of NSUI.
