NSUI today came with a new proposal where they have suggested that all first and second-year students should be promoted without conducting any exams while final year students should be promoted on the basis of past performance plus 10% extra marks as it is usually observed that students improve their performance in the final year.

“The NSUI has already stated that online exams are likely to be discriminatory given the highly uneven access to infrastructure and connectivity.
