Proposal To Issue Smart Identity Cards For Delhi University Students Awaiting Approval

Delhi University students may be issued smart identity cards in the next academic session if the proposal made by admissions committee gets approval.

These cards will help bring uniformity and are an attempt at improving the overall infrastructure of the university. The cards can also be integrated with the health centres to avail various facilities and with library to withdraw books.

The ID cards can be approved urgently by the Vice Chancellor but will be issued after colleges open in July.
