Despite the abnormally low cutoffs released this year by Delhi University colleges,admission’s haven’t really taken place according to the expectations of colleges.Thousands of seats are still left in various colleges of Delhi University.
At Shri Ram College of Commerce,130 admissions have already been approved on the sanctioned 123 seats for Economics (Hons).In BCom (Hons) the college has 501 seats on which roughly 470 admissions have taken place.A second list for General category students in Economics (Hons) at SRCC is unlikely.
At Hindu College,more than 500 admissions have been approved out of the total 752 seats available in college.
At Delhi College of Arts and Commerce,a prominent off campus college only 70 admissions have taken place.The college released 97% as the minimum score to get admission in BCom (Hons).
Kirori Mal College is also likely to bring a second cutoff as close to 300 admissions have taken place out of the total 1179 seats.
Hansraj College and Sri Venkateswara College will also have a second list for almost all the courses as at Hansraj College hardly 100 admissions have taken place out of the 1000 seats while at Sri Venkateswara College only 268 admissions have been approved out of the sanctioned 1058 seats.
PGDAV College has filled 149 seats and will be releasing a second list.
Dyal Singh College also has more than 50% seats vacant and will release a new list for all the courses.
