UGC Net Exam 2019 : UGC NET exam is gateway for entrance in teaching profession in colleges/universities and research. 1. Know The Exam Pattern
Mode of Exam : It will be conducted in Online (Computer Based Test) mode.
Session : The exam will take place in two sessions (Paper 1 & Paper 2).
Medium of Exam : The question booklet will be in both English & Hindi language.
Duration : The time duration for paper 1 will be 1 hour while for paper 2 it will be 2 hours.
Type of Questions : Objective type questions.
Number of Questions : Paper 1 will comprise of 50 questions while paper 2 with 100 questions. All questions are compulsory.
Marking Scheme : 2 marks will be awarded for each correct response for both paper 1 & 2.
Negative Marking: There is no negative marking in the exam.
2. Check the syllabus
The NET Exam is administered in two phases (one paper in each phase). How to manage time before exams?
-It’s not necessary to study all the time, just make sure you fully concentrate and focus on what you are reading during your study hours.
-Schedule your daily routine at the first priority and allocate separate time to every section of syllabus to reduce confusion of what to read and what not.
