Anyone who has taken admission in Delhi University already knows that clearing cutoff is just one small part of a long process of getting admitted to a Delhi University college.Since,cutoffs have started coming now its better you know the future steps to make sure you get admission in a college of your choice and relax for some days after a long year of studies and anxiety over DU cutoffs.

After checking cutoffs you’ve to do the following things in this very order :

  • Get Admission Slip Issued From DU Website : Once DU releases the cutoff,students have to login through their registered ID on the DU admission portal and select the course and college they wish to take admission in.Take a print out of the admission slip and carry it to the college tomorrow.
  • Visit The College :¬†Visit the college in morning with the required documents and the admission slip.Admissions will take place on three working days once the cutoff is released.
  • Verification Process : Your documents will be verified by officials on duty in respective colleges.If everything is found correct,your documents will be sent for further official purposes.Once all the formalities are over,you‚Äôll receive an admission slip signed by the college principal.
  • Pay The Fees Online : An online payment link will be generated and the student has to submit the college fee.Once the fee is submitted,a new acknowledgement slip will be generated and the admission of the candidate in the college will be confirmed.
