Delhi University’s Developmental Studies Course Ranked 16th In The World

Delhi University’s Developmental Studies course has been ranked 16th in the latest QS World University Rankings,this is something for Delhi University to cheer about.

The University of Delhi has improved its position by two places for the Developmental Studies course,and provides one of India’s four Top-50 positions in the ranking. The Indian School of Mines has moved from the 51-100 position category to 24th position this year for Engineering-Mineral and Mining.Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-Delhi) ranks 49th for Electrical Engineering.

Last year,22 Indian institutions were a part of the list.This year the number has risen to 28.

IIT Madras has improved the most in this year’s rankings.It has risen to the 101-150 category for Mathematics,TO the 151-200 category for Physics and Astronomy and into the Top 100 for Materials Science.

India’s best rank in the faculty area is IIT-Delhi’s 71st-place in the Engineering and Technology faculty field which is closely followed by IIT-Bombay which ranks 78th in the same faculty field.
