For a number of years,Delhi University has been providing cutoff concession to girl candidates in admission to Undergraduate courses.Though reasons for such concessions are never revealed but it is easy to understand that concession to girl candidates help in two ways,firstly it promotes education for girl students and secondly it helps to create a balanced gender ratio in colleges where the number of boys outweigh the number of girls in some particular courses.
This year 24 colleges of Delhi University will be providing 1% cutoff concession to girl candidates in various courses.Please go through the list below to know which colleges are providing concession and in which courses.
