The University of Delhi, popularly known as Delhi University, is all set to begin the admission process for the foreign applicants willing to seek admission for the academic session 2019-20. The online registrations for various undergraduate/postgraduate courses and for M.Phil/ Ph.D will begin on 22nd February, 2019. Applicants may visit the official website of the Delhi University (fsr.du.ac.in) and can apply to the University’s undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate courses, advanced courses, diploma courses, M.Phil and Ph.D.
“Foreign Students’ Registry (FSR) office is the single window for all the foreign nationals who wish to take admission in University of Delhi in its different programmes of study. The University is now inviting online applications from foreign nationals for the academic session 2019-20. The academic session will typically commence in the third week of July. Please visit the FSR website (https://fsr.du.ac.in) for admission-related and other information for foreign nationals as well as for the Online Application Form”, the official notice issued by the University stated.
The official notice released also specified the last date of applying to the various courses offered by the university. Foreign Nationals may also apply for study in DU through Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) under its different scholarship schemes.
University of Delhi International Admissions 2019-20
The official notification stated that the University offers over 500 programmes at various levels. The foreign nationals are not required to take the entrance test for admission into these programmes, it further added. Last year over 3,000 foreign nationals from various countries such as Nepal, United States, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, UK, Sri Lanka, etc. have applied for various programmes.

Step 1, Apply- Prospective Student Applies.
Step 2, Admission Process- FSR office evaluates application and offers admission to the selected candidates.
Step 3, After Selection- Selected candidates follow necessary processes after selection and before arriving in Delhi.
Step 4, After Reaching Delhi- Candidates selected follow due procedures.
