Delhi University is planning to make the entire admission process for this academic year online due to the coronavirus situation. The Principals of various Delhi University colleges have been communicated that the admissions committee is working towards conducting the entrance exams & merit-based admissions smoothly.
Colleges have also been asked to make various preparations such as uploading information about the college on its website, to upload frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to college and courses offered and form a team of student volunteers.
The University has also implemented the first phase of expansion for EWS seats in the academic session 2019-2020 and the second phase would be carried out in this academic session.

The University had earlier planned to minimize student visits already as only document verification was to take place offline but because of the current situation, the whole admission process can turn online.
