The Entrepreneurship Cell Of JDMC Organised the Business Battle Competition On 8th January 2019 which was a part of the Symphony-The Annual Cultural fest of JDMC. Teams from different colleges across Delhi NCR participated in The Business Battle Competition.There were a total of 10 teams from different colleges.
Mr. Vikram Srivastava, Founder and CEO of Career Hawker, Protonica Elerctrohub and Mentor of Atal Innovation Mission along with Mr. Abhishek Gupta, CEO Hacker Space and co-founder of Upskills embraced the event by their presence. The Judges were faciliatetd by the Convenor Sushma Maurya and teachers.
Teams were judged on the basis of the feasibility,innovation and other aspects. Audience also actively participated by interjecting.
The Project “Adhikaar” was On E-rickshaws driving by women which would help the women to have a stable income and independence.For learning driving, driving schools with proper license should be made and will also have collaboration with DMRC.For the Security of women the E-rickshaws will be upgraded with CCTV cameras and google map also.It was a good project for the empowerment of women.
One of the Project concentrated on the problems faced by handicapped children, the Project was named after a ray of hope for them called “Pukaar” .It was idea to invent an app which would help the handicaps to write exams and assignments, making them more connected with their education.
The Project “Bhasad” presented the idea of reusable notebooks. It concentrated mainly on the problem of wastage of paper. They presented an idea of making notebooks which could be easily cleaned with damp cloths and are ready to use again.
The Project “Sanjeevni” was related to the impurities present in the air. They discussed about the diseases caused by air.The team presented a business model which can purify the air. The model shown by them was little bit helpful in the purification of air.The Judges analysed the projects and also gave various beneficial suggestion to the participants regarding the Business Projects.
Project “Sanjeevni” with the idea for the air purifiers grabbed the position as the Winner of the Business Battle Competition 2019.
