Boards exam results are out and some of you would be happy, some of you would be sad and some of you would be unsatisfied with your marks. So for the unsatisfied lot there are two ways how they can improve their result-Improvement Exam and Re-Evaluation Exam. But there is a difference between the two, which this article will help you to understand.
Students who want to improve their marks can do so by appearing for Improvement Exam. You’ll be giving the improvement exam next year just like you gave your normal exam this year. You’ll get a new mark sheet but it’d be written on it that you sat for an improvement exam. You can sit for improvement exam only once in any number of subjects you want to but the only condition is that you’ve passed those subjects.
Yes you’ll have to drop an year to exercise this option.
Re Evaluation Process-
While checking lakhs of answer sheets, mistakes are supposed to happen and CBSE surely understands this. You can apply for Verification of Marks,Photocopy of Answer Sheet & Revaluation of Answer Sheets (all three at different levels). If you feel you deserved more than what you’ve scored students are advised to exercise this option.
You don’t have to drop an year in this case.
Do spread the word with your friends who think they didn’t deserve these marks.
